Welcome to Samanthra Ayurveda Hospital. We are located on the banks of the river Periyar , which was anciently know as Poorna river, it is the longest river in Kerala. You will have a very beautiful view of the River from our Hospital. There are many important spots like the Dakshinakakashi Sreekrishna temple which you can go by 10 minutes of walk from the hospital. The birthplace of 9th century Indian philosopher Adi Shankaracharya is just 3 km away from Chelamattom. Panieli poru is a small and beautiful water fall caused by bottleneck in the flow of the Periyar river due to rock formation this is just 24 km away from the hospital.
